CFO Position
This position provides overall strategic and operational direction to the companys finance office and treasury division. You would understand and handle finance as a commodity getting back more than was invested resulting in increased income, profits, expansion
and reserves. You would need to know Cost Accounting cold and how to figure out the costs for producing each product of the company. You would also need to be able to predict and plan for company expansion, and the future adequacy of staff and facilities.
The position assists the CEO in establishing financial strategic objectives as well as financial operating policies and procedures to ensure attainment of corporate objectives. You would evaluate results within business units to determine if financial objectives
are being met. You would ensure financial policies are being implemented and followed to the result of increased profit, expansion and reserves and where you find policy out, you would do an inspection and correction function to get it in.
The CFO would be responsible for maintaining relationships with banks, investment funds and other financial institutions. The CFO would help improve the business model of the company by providing information and recommendations to the CEO on profitability by product,
sales channel and business unit. The CFO, in liaison with Marketing and Research & Development executives, would develop hurdle rates for minimum ROI (return on investment) on R&D and marketing spending. (For example, if Diskeeper Corporation is going to invest in VERISON X of our
Diskeeper Software product in the development area, the CFO should coordinate the budget for the new version including the development as well as the promotional spending, the revenue plan and the expected profit contribution from that). The same is needed for a new product.
The CFO would assist the various stakeholders in working out the market opportunity, the cost of developing the new technology, the required marketing budget to ensure that the product isnt undersold. In other words the CFO understands the microeconomics of the business.

INSIDE SALES REP
You will be supporting our senior level Corporate Sales Reps in selling our cutting edge software products. You will be following up with prospects/customers who have shown interest in our products.
Our Corporate Reps are some of the highest paid sales reps in the computer industry with a six figure income and some have learned the ropes and been promoted from Assistant Sales Rep positions. Thus there is an excellent opportunity for growth.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who likes a fast paced, exciting work environment. Must be very computer literate, well versed in Office (especially Excel and Outlook), be a problem solver and possess a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented, organized and likes talking to people. You will be doing a lot of communication over the phone and via e-mail with customers. Must have some sales experience and be a fast learner.
I/T experience and familiarity with CRM software is a big plus.

COPYWRITER
Requirements:
- Experience in writing marketing copy for promotion and advertising; preferably in the technology industry
- Experienced at writing headlines and sub-headlines
- Can assume the viewpoint of an IT professional and write copy "that sells"
- Good at writing features and benefits type copy
- Able to lead the reader all the way through to the call-to-action
- Able to write exciting, hard hitting copy
- Experienced at writing copy that attracts, interests and delivers the desired message to the reader

Senior Technical Support Manager for Diskeeper Corporation China
Diskeeper Corporation has a career opportunity in its Hong Kong office. This position provides DKCC business partners and large volume license customers with technical product advice and demo support during pre-sales discussions.
The candidate should be able to solve highly complex sales support problems, answer prospects and salespersons detailed product questions, prepare and perform detailed product demonstrations and product prototypes for prospects. They may be called
upon to provide installation support and post-sales consulting and support. The ideal candidate will have a high level of responsibility in supporting our business partners needs. The candidate must speak fluent English and Mandarin, as well as read and write both languages.
Knowledge of the following is required: Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 2000/2003 Server with an emphasis on software installation, network communications, and overall system performance.
The position is located in our Hong Kong office. The candidate will be required to train at the Diskeeper Corporation headquarters located in the United States Burbank, California for a period of approximately 2 months.
Salary range is 35,000 to 50,000 Hong Kong dollars per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Must have legal requirements in to work in Hong Kong.
